摘要
以中国通信业统计资料,中国移动通讯公司手机资费方案、具体计费形式以及通信市场情况为基础,结合2007年全国大学生数学建模竞赛C题所给的数据进行了综合分析,建立了手机资费"套餐"的评价模型以及优化递推模型,并利用matlab求出了各模型的最优解。
This paper understands the Chinese Telecommunicational Industry statistics, the phone＇ s fee of program of China Mobile Communication Corp, specific forms of communication billing as well as it＇ s market situation. It comprehensively analyzes the data which gives in the programming C of CUMCM 2007, the evaluation models of the charges packages of mobile phone and the recursive optimizational models of the new packages. The matlab is used to calculate the optimal solution of the models.
