Research on the Financing Program of Engineering Project Based on the Weighted Grey Target Theory

构建了工程项目融资方案的评价指标体系,运用加权灰靶决策理论,通过计算其靶心距,将多指标的评价归结为单目标决策,给出了定量化的数值评定结果。通过实例验证了该评价方法的实用性和可操作性。

This paper constructs an evaluation index system on the financing program of the engineering project. It uses the weighted grey target theory to calculate the grey distance and returns the multivariate indexes evaluation to the single target group policy decision. It concludes the quantitative conclusion. The example proves the practicability and maneuverability of the evaluation method . The method provides a scientific and simple theory for the financing program evaluation of the engineering project.
