改善烧结矿RDI指标的研究及应用

A Study on Improving the Index RAI of Sintered Nodulizing and Its Application

为了改善烧结矿的冶金性能,文章通过对烧结矿低温还原粉化机理的研究,从而提出了改善烧结矿RDI指标的可行性方法。通过适当提高烧结矿的碱度、在烧结矿中添加含硼物质以及采用低温烧结等方法,可获得较好的效果。

In order to improve the metallurgy property of sintered nodulizing, the paper studies the mechanism of reduction degradation under low temperature, and puts forward a feasible way to improve index RDI of sintered nodulizing. An effective result can be got by increasing the basicity of sintered nodulizing, adding the boric additive and adopting the process under low temperature.
