上海郊区新农村发展的探索——以金山区廊下镇为例

A Study of Development in Rural Area of Jinshan District,Shanghai——take Jinshan Langxia Town as an example

在廊下镇的新农村发展过程中,突显了众多矛盾。廊下镇想克服矛盾,真正达到新农村试点的效果,就必须走出一条创新发展之路。基于为廊下发展出谋划策的原则,首先通过详实的基础调研,收集相关资料,分析现状概况。再对相关政策和理论进行研究,提取相关信息。其次对有关案例进行分析,得出可借鉴之处,并研究国内外成功和失败的经验教训。最后提出总结性意见,探索廊下新农村整合资源、创新发展的思路。

Under the developing process of the new village in the Langxia Town, there were numerous antinomy. The Langxia Town want to overcome the antinomy ,at rain the result of the experimental new village, so it has to step into a road of creative development. According to a principle of development for the Langxia Town Through thorough foundation investigations firstly, the paper collects related data, analyzes current condition,then it does some research on the related policy and the theories, withdraws the related information After that,the paper analyzes the related case, gets object. Then the paper studies the experience of success or failure domestic and outside. Finally it puts forward summary opinion, and studies a way of integrating the resources and innovation development in the new village of Langxia Town.
