摘要
2004年,上海市政府在郊区划定了15个村做宅基地置换试点。金山区廊下镇万春苑农民宅基地作为置换试点之一,进展情况良好,受到了群众的普遍好评。同时通过实地调查,也发现了一些群众反映强烈的突出问题。对万春苑农民宅基地置换试点中存在的意义和问题进行分析。
In 2004, the Shanghai City Gov ernment chose 15 villages to be experimental units for replacement of farmers＇ house bases. The replacement in Wanchun Garden of Jinshan District went on well and received good comments from the mass Meanwhile, some problems coming from the mass were noticed through field survey This paper talks about the significance and problems in Wanchun Garden, one of the experimental units for replacement of farmer＇ s house bases
