摘要
设计了一种新型螺旋宽边耦合结构的微型定向耦合器,并用电容补偿法改善了回波损耗和隔离度。利用三维电磁场分析软件对定向耦合器三维结构进行了建模分析和仿真优化,回波损耗和隔离度在600~900MHz时大于25dB,试验样品的测试结果与仿真结果吻合。
A minitype directional coupler is designed using a novel spiral broadside coupled structure. The rerum loss and isolation are improved by compensating capacitance. The coupler is simulated and optimized by using 3D electromagnetic analyzing software, more than 25dB retum loss and isolation is obtained in 600 - 900 MHz, and the test result of the experimental sample is in agreement with the simulated result.
