摘要
利用PORFIBUS-DP总线通信技术,并结合MCGS监控软件,组建了西门子MM420变频器群控网络,变频器群控网络以CPU315-2DP为主站模块,MM420变频器与自行开发的DP通信卡构成从站模块。提出了群控网络的结构框架和相关通信协议,描述了变频器总线控制系统的功能码设置步骤以及监控程序的开发过程,实现了对多台变频器的实时监控和对多台电机的实时运转速度的跟踪。
The supervision network of Siemens MM440 inverters based on PROFIBUS -DP was set up by utilizing PROFIBUS - DP fieldbus and MCGS software. CPU315 -2P module acts as the master, while MM420 inverters combined with self- developed DP communication card act as the slave in the supervision network. Framework of the network and the corresponding protocols were proposed. The setting steps of the inverter control system and the process of developing supervision program were described. The network fulfills the demands on real -time supervising on inverters and tracing on motor rotate speed.
