摘要 构建了科技企业孵化器的价值链模型;分析了其不同于波特基本价值链的两个主要特征:市场营销居于先导地位和孵化服务是价值创造的核心。结合孵化器的产业特征,提出了其基本竞争优势的类型,探讨了科技企业孵化器如何通过价值链分析选取合适的竞争战略。进一步提出了科技企业孵化器通过价值链管理获取竞争优势的3条途径:对现有价值活动的优化;优化顾客价值链,提升顾客价值空间;与产业链上其他企业结成战略联盟。 A model of the value chain of business incubators was established. Two characteristics which are different from the basic value chain of Porter, i.e. precedent marketing and nuclear incubating service were analyzed. Combined with the industrial characteristic of incubator, two basic competitive styles were proposed and the way to choose suitable competitive strategy was discussed. Three ways to gain competitive edge were put forward, they are: improving the value activities of incubator; promoting the value of customs and constructing strategic alliance.
