基于工程本质认识的航空装备保障研究

Research on Aviation Equipment Support Based on Engineering Philosophy

分析了装备保障理论体系研究的不足,尝试从工程本质的视野来认识和研究航空装备保障问题,将航空装备保障工程论上升为基于工程管理的航空装备保障方法论。认为工程管理思想能够为厘清责任机制、理顺保障关系、总结研究保障模式等提供较好的方法和手段。

This paper points out the insufficiency on theoretical system study of equipment support, tries to research the aviation equipment support at standpoint of engineering essence and philosophy. In the direction of methodology of the aviation equipment support stemmed from engineering management, this research is able to resolve the theoretical problems of aviation equipment support and practical difficulties, especially clarify the responsibility relationships, sort out support relationship, conclude excellent logic methodology and means of support mode.
