摘要
分析了工程建设技术标准与技术法规的功能特征、两者互动的可能性与必要性,并对工程建设技术标准与技术法规之间互动关系的模式进行了分析,从内容的良性互动、功能的良性互动以及在性能协调方面的良性互动3个方面探讨了工程建设技术标准与技术法规互动关系的构建。
The function characteristic and the mode of the interdynamic relation between the technical standard of engineering construction and technological regulation have been analyzed in thesis, and it probes into the relation of benign interdynamic between the technical standard of engineering construction and technological regulation from various fields of the content,function and coordinating in performance.
