摘要
香港地铁系统从20世纪60年代开始发展,已成为世界上使用密度最高、最具成本效益的地下铁路交通系统,在规划、设计、施工、运营、开发和维护等方面都积累了宝贵而独特的经验。概括性地论述了工程项目的管理模式和经验,特别着重讨论项目规划、可行性研究和项目设计技术标准等议题,并探讨了工程承包模式和施工管理特点。
The metro system of Hong Kong which has been developed since 1960s is the busiest and most cost effective one in the world.The paper is to explore the project management mode and experience which is quite unique covering the aspects on planning, design, construction, operation, development and maintenance.The technical issues of project planning,feasibility study and design specifications are discussed.The project contract and construction management are briefly discussed as well.
