选择素细胞黏附分子在冠脉斑块形成中的作用机制

摘要 【目的】探讨选择素细胞粘附分子在冠心病患者冠脉斑块形成中的作用机理。【方法】研究121例冠心病患者,分为单支病变、双支病变和多支病变3组,分别应用放射免疫法测定患者血清中SICAM-1、SVCAM-1、P-选择素、E-选择素水平。【结果】SICAM-1、SVCAM-1、P-选择素、E-选择素随病情加重而升高,多支病变高于单支病变组(P<0.01),Ⅱ型病变高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ型病变组(P<0.01)。【结论】血清SICAM-1、SVCAM-1、P-选择素、E-选择素水平可以作为冠脉病变严重程度的筛选指标,选择素细胞粘附分子参于冠心病患者冠脉斑块的形成。 [Objective] Using radioimmunoassay to test prospectively serum SICAM-Ⅰ, SVCAM-1, P-selecfin and E-selectin level whether can predict the coronary artery lesion severity. [ Methods] Based on coronary disease severity according coronary angiography, 121patients ( 61 men and55 women; mean age 59.7 years) were divided into three groups: Group Ⅰ ( n = 34), single coronary lesion; GroupⅡ ( n = 31), bivasctdar lesion; GroupⅢ ( n = 21), multivascttlar lesion. [Results] The results suggested that the serum SICAM-1, SVCAM-1, P-selectin and E-seleefin level increased markedly in patients with mulfivaseular lesion than in those patients with single coronary lesion and bivascular lesion. [ Conclusions] which indicated that serum SICAM-1, SVCAM-1, P-selectin and E-seleetin level are related to coronary lesion severity and useful as additional screening markers for the prediction of coronary lesion.
