烤瓷冠桥对牙周病的治疗与美容效果分析

Result Analysis of Periodontal Disease Treated with Porcelain Crown Bridge

目的观察烤瓷冠桥对牙周病的治疗效果和美容效果。方法对29例72颗患有牙周病且已有临床牙冠伸长、影响美观的上前门牙,先行牙周序列治疗;牙周病得到控制后,采用烤瓷冠桥进行修复。在治疗后6个月-2 a的观察随访中,采用检查牙周出血指数、问卷调查形式,对治疗和美容效果进行评价。结果烤瓷冠桥能稳定牙周病的疗效,改变患者的容貌。结论采用烤瓷冠桥修复方法,可以有效地改变紊乱的颌关系,巩固牙周病的疗效,控制牙周病的复发,同时也可取得较好的美容疗效。此方法值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To observe the treatment result and cosmetic effect of periodontal disease treated with porcelain crown bridge. Methods 72 incisor teeth of 29 cases, which were with periodontal disease and clinical crown elongation, were first treated with sequence of periodontal treatment. After periodontal disease was controlled the teeth repaired with porcelain crown bridge. After treatment in 6 mouths and 2 years＇ follow-up observation,the treatment and costemic result were valued,using inspecting periodontal bleeding index and questionaire survey. Result Porcelain crown bridge stabilized the treatment effect and changed patients＇ appearance. Conclusion The porcelain crown bridge repair method can ef- fectively change the disorder of jaw, consolidate the treatment result and control periodontal disease recurrence so as to obtain a better cosmetic effect. This method should be applied to clinical practice.
