放射性^(32)P敷贴治疗跖疣临床研究

Exploration of Verruca Plantaris with ^(32)P Application Therapy

目的探讨放射性32P敷贴治疗跖疣临床疗效,评价其应用价值。方法选择门诊跖疣患者138例,将放射性核素32P药液烘干药纸敷贴于相应病灶表面进行治疗。每周1次,平均4~6次,至脱痂痊愈。结果32P敷贴治疗痊愈率达95.65%,复发率4.35%,副作用发生率41.30%,并发症发生率17.39%。结论放射性32P敷贴治疗足底跖疣疗效确切,不良反应少,简便易行,安全,痛苦小,值得临床进一步研究、推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of verruca plantaris with 32p application and its clinical value. Methods A total of 138 cases of extremity verruca plantaris were chosen from out-patient department. They were treated with radioactive 32p by application in corresponding focus surface. About 4 ~ 6 times, once a week until lesion recovered. Results The clinical cure rate was 95.65% , the recurrence rate was 4.35%. The side effective occurrence rate was 41.30%. The complication occurrence rate was 17.39%. Conclusion The effect of treatment of verruca plantaris with radioactive 32p is definite and notable. It is simple, easy, safe and there is little pain. It is worthy of further research and expansion in clinical practice.
