白藜芦醇对白血病小鼠抗肿瘤免疫学的初步实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨白藜芦醇抗白血病作用的免疫学机制。方法建立白血病腹水瘤小鼠模型,MTT法、流式细胞术、免疫荧光等方法测定自藜芦醇对荷瘤小鼠细胞、体液免疫功能的影响。结果白藜芦醇能显著延长白血病小鼠的存活时间,呈剂量依赖性增强机体免疫功能。结论白藜芦醇能以剂量依赖的方式明显增强白血病小鼠免疫应答水平。 Objective To study the immune mechanism of resveratrol in leukemic mice. Methods The immune functions of tumorbearing mice treated with different doses of resveratrol were determined by MTT colorimetry, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence. Results Resveratrol could exert a dose- dependent effect on leukemic mice, including stimulating immune function and prolonging the life span of tumor - beating mice. Conclusion Tumor and immunomodulation of resveratrol. Resveratrol can enhance the anti - tumor immune activity in the leukemic mice in dose- dependent manner.
