根管治疗患者的疼痛感觉与心理健康状况的相关性研究

Relationship between pain sensibility and mental state in patients receiving root canal treatment

目的了解根管治疗患者疼痛感觉与心理健康状况的相关影响。方法采用临床症状自评量表对66例医院口腔科根管治疗患者疼痛感觉指数及其相关因素进行调查和相关系数分析。结果根管治疗患者的疼痛感觉与临床症状自评量表中的各因子有显著的正相关（P〈0．01），而心理因素中的焦虑情绪与根管治疗患者疼痛感觉的相关系数最高。结论加强对根管治疗患者的心理干预，不仅可以减少牙科治疗中的痛苦体验，还可以提高早期就诊率、诊治质量和工作效率，从而促进患者的身心健康。

Objective To study the relationship between pain sensibility and mental state in patients receiving root canal treatment. Methods Sixty-six patients receiving root canal treatment were investigated using Symptom Checklist 90（SCL- 90） .Results The patients＇ mental state and pain sensibility were positively correlatied at the level of significance （ P 〈 0.01） ,especially,anxiety factor was highly correlated with pain sensibility.Conclusions Execising psychological intervention in patients receiving root canal treatment not only allevietes pain, but also improves the medical efficiency, and benefits the patients＇ health.
