铝母线是构成电解槽供电回路的主要导电体,随着国内铝冶炼工业的大规模扩建,铝母线市场需求大增,市场竞争也更加激烈,用户对产品质量要求越来越高。但我们现有的工艺难以满足日益提高产品质量的需要,因此针对铝母线的生产及容易出现的质量缺陷,必须进行有效的工艺技术改进,避免铝母线产生的质量缺陷,生产出高质量的产品,满足市场的需求。针对现状,我们对生产铝母线过程中的影响因素进行分析、探讨并提出适当的改进措施。

Aluminium generatrix is the main current condutor in the energy supply circuit of electrobath. The marcket demand for aluminium generatrix increases dramatically with the expansion of aluminium industry. Aluminium generatrix of higher quality is always preferred as the marcket competition go furiously. However, our exsisting producing line is incapable of manufacturing products of high standards. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the quality of aluminium generatrix, several measures were proposed to eliminate the defects of aluminium generatrix, so as to improve its quality.
