摘要
在高温度、高湿度(81.8%)、多酸雨的盐雾环境中,镁合金表面可以形成一层含Cl-的电解质膜,这层膜使镁合金与钢件之间构成腐蚀电偶对。根据电化学极化理论、腐蚀热力学和动力学理论,综合分析了钢件对镁合金的腐蚀行为及规律的影响,并探讨了防止镁合金电偶腐蚀的一些方法。
Under marine climate environment of high temperature, high humidity(81.8 % ) and more acid raining, there is a thin electrolyte film which has chlorine ion in magnesium alloy and carbon steel/ magnesium alloy couples were formed. The basic law and theory of galvanic corrosion were analyzed, according to theory of electrochemical polarization, corrosive thermo- dynamical and dynamical, the galvanic corrosion behavior of carbon steel/ magnesium alloy couples were introduced. The methods of protecting magnesium alloy galvanic corrosion were discussed as well.
