摘要
研究探讨了电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定高纯铝中杂质元素的新技术,实验采用1:1王水,在80℃的恒温水浴的作用下直接在聚四氟乙烯容量瓶中溶解样品,减少污染,降低空白;以Rh为内标补偿校正铝基体的抑制效应,采用CCT(碰撞室)技术消除多元素分子离子的干扰。方法的检出限0.001-0.01ug/L,加标回收在80%-115%之间,RSD 0.40%-5.2%,满足痕量分析的要求。
The paper studies the new technology of the inductively coupled plasmamass spectrometry( ICP- MS) to determine the impurity dements in high purity aluminium . In the test, 1 : 1 aqua regia is used to directly dissolve the samples in PTFE bottle under 80℃ constant temperature watre, reducing the pollution. It uses Rh to compensate the depression effect of aluminu matrix and CCT to eliminate the interference of multi - element molecule and ion. The detection limit is 0. 001 -- 0.01μg/l, recovery rate is in the range of 80 % -- 115 %, RSD in the range of 0.40 % -- 5.2 %, satisfying the reqttirements for trace element analysis.
