摘要
企业伦理属于意识形态领域的东西,表面上看是不产生效益的,实际上,它是体现效用价值的一种道德价值。随着以人为本的商业社会的发展,企业伦理对经济效益的影响越来越大。为了和现代市场经济相适应,企业伦理的内涵和观点必须突破传统伦理的固有界限,与时俱进。现代企业伦理文化通过服务意识、质量意识、公平和竞争意识以及爱业意识的加强,来达到企业赢利的目的。
Corporate ethics belong to the field of ideology,which do not produce any efficacy on the surface,yet in fact embody a kind of ethical value of efficacy. With the development of people-centered commercial society ,the influence of corporate ethics on economic results will become stronger and stronger. To conform to the modern market economy, corporate ethics,in their connotion and concepts,must break through the fixed limits of traditional ethics and advance with the time. The ethical culture of modern corporates can help corporates attain the target of making profits by improving service awareness, quality awareness, fairness and competition awareness and professional ethics.
