摘要
在圆度误差评定方法的理论基础上,按最小二乘圆法推导了圆度误差的计算公式;并采用MCS-51单片机进行了最小二乘圆法和最小区域圆法的圆度误差处理,并对测量过程中可能产生的误差进行了分析.
On the basis of the theory of the assessing method of roundness error a calculating formula of roundness error is deduced by the method of least squares,and data processing of the method of least squares and minimum zone is mde by Mcs-51 single-chip microcmputer and the error which could be produced in the measurment is analysed.
