摘要
阐述建设全路客车综合安全监控与防范体系的必要性和重要意义,介绍国内外客车运行安全监控系统的发展历程及现状,结合我国铁路"十一五"规划,明确了TCDS系统建设的基本目标,分析了系统进一步深层次应用与发展的方向。
In this paper, the necessity and significance to build an Integrated Safety Monitoring System was expounded.The development and actuality of Train Coach Running Diagnosis System is introduced. According to the Eleventh Five- Year Plan, the goal of TCDS is clear and a deep- seated analysis of using and developing TCDS is made.
