结合实际,对采矿权评估实践中有关权益评估的重要性、矿产资源储量可信度系数、特殊采矿设备处理、矿山开采成本、折现率等问题加以论述,并提出了解决此类问题的建议。

Combining with practical work, this article discussed some problems in mining right appraisal practice, including the importance of rights and interests appraisal, confidence level coefficient of mineral resource reserves, the processing of special mining equipments, mine production cost, discount rate and so on. And some proposals solving these problems were put out.
