摘要
对中国持甲类适任证书的海船船员的年龄结构进行分析,结果表明,操作级船员在40周岁以下各年龄段占主体,而管理级船员在40周岁以上各年龄段占主体。通过与ODBC和远东国家高级船员的年龄结构比较,并分析国际海运劳动力市场的需求,认为中国甲类海船船员在年龄结构上具有竞争优势。
The paper analyzed the age structure of Chinese seafarers who hold "A" competent certificates. The results show that the ages of seafarers in operation level are mainly less than 40 years old, while, the ages of seafarers in management level mainly concentrate in those areas more than 40 years old. Comparing with the age structure of seafarers in ODBC and Far East countries, and according to the need of international shipping labor market, it concluded that in aspect of age structure Chinese type "A" seafarers have more opportunities to develop themselves.
