摘要
以4个小麦品种为试材,研究了赤霉粗毒素对小麦成熟胚离体培养特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度赤霉粗毒素对成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导、出愈速率以及愈伤组织的分化有着促进作用,5g/L赤霉粗毒素培养基的出愈率为100%,分化率为89.09%。高浓度赤霉粗毒素对成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导与分化有明显的抑制作用,15g/L赤霉粗毒素培养基的出愈率为85.77%,分化率仅为0.55%。
Four wheat varieties were used to study the effect of fusarium graminearum crude toxin on wheat mature embryo culture in vitro. The results were as follows: Lower concentration of fusarium graminearum crude toxin could accelerate callus formation, 5g/L of fusarium graminearum crude toxin in culture medium could promote the induction, rate of the callus formation and differentiation of wheat mature embryo, the callus formation rate was 100% and the differentiation rate was 89.09%. Higher concentration of Fusarium graminearum crude toxin could restrain callus formation and differentiation of wheat mature embryo obviously, the callus formation rate is 85.77% and the differentiation rate is only 0. 55% under 15g/L of fusarium graminearum crude toxin in culture medium.
