地特胰岛素的作用机制与安全性研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 胰岛素是有效降糖的关键手段，其中基础胰岛素的应用是持续稳定控制血糖的重要方面。新型基础胰岛素类似物地特胰岛素以其独特的作用特点受到广泛关注，并具有一定的临床应用前景。本文将对其作用机制及安全性等方面的研究进展进行总结。
