产业发展中的文化变迁——以江西省余江县中童眼镜业为例

Culture Change with Industrial Development

文化在经济发展中具有重要作用,影响后进地区经济发展的主要是区域的亚文化。本文在批判"文化决定论"的基础上,以江西省余江县中童眼镜业为例,运用新兴马克思主义的生产技术和文化的协同演化理论,分析产业发展中的文化变迁。文化是由产业的市场特征、生产技术特征等决定,并且伴随着其演进而协同演化的。金融、政府行为对产业文化的形成和演化会产生很大的影响。同时,文化既是演进的,也是建构的,先进文化的形成过程中,政府的作用不可忽视,它可以加速先进文化的形成。

The culture plays a vital role in the economic development, and the regional inferior culture affects the less advanced local economy development mainly. Based on criticizing ＂the cultural determinism＂, this paper take the glasses industry in the Zhongtong Town, Yujiang County, Jiangxi Province as the example, analyzing cultural change in industry development by applying Neo - Marxism production technology and culture synergic evolution theory. The culture is determined by industrial market and production technology characteristics, and with synergic evolution. The finance and the government behavior can have the very important influence on the industrial culture formation and evolution. What＇ s more, the culture is not only an evolution, but also is the construction. The government＇s function is noticeable in the advanced cultural forming process; and it may accelerate the advanced cultural formation.
