摘要
以电力通信网可靠性为重点,通过研究层次的划分,定义了各个层次的研究内容,提出了以网络拓扑层、网络设备层、网络路由层、网络运行层作为测度指标及各个层次实用的指标计算方法,并验证指标的科学性、完整性和实用性。
Focusing on the reliability of power communication network, this paper introduces the research contents at each level. It points out that the network topology layer, equipment layer, routing layer and operation layer should be considered as the measure indexes and discusses the calculation methods at each layers. The science, integrity and availability of the indexes are also verified in the paper.
