摘要
滚筒是带式输送机的关键部件,关系到整个输送机系统的安全性和可靠性。建立了动态非线性加载模型,提出了动态非线性载荷作用下的驱动滚筒有限元分析方法,准确映射了滚筒工作中实际载荷状态,应用工程案例进行了验证,分析结果表明该方法精度较高,对提高滚筒的设计水平有重要的意义。
Drums are some key apartments of belt conveyor, it is related to the conveyor safety and reliability. Sets up a dynamic nonlinear loading model, and proposes a finite element method of analyzing the drum under dynamic nonlinear loading. The model can reflect accurately the actual work load condition of drum, an engineering project is applied to verify it, the results show that the precision is high, the method has the vital significance of raising drum overall design level.
