摘要
采用有限元法,分析了圆形轨迹振动筛筛箱结构的动态特性,获得了筛箱的低阶固有频率与模态振型,找出了筛箱在额定载荷下各部位应力和变形的分布规律,为筛箱的设计改进及动态强度的试验研究提供了必要的依据。
The finite element method, the circular trajectory of shaker screen to the dynamic nature of the structure, get a screen with the natural frequency of the low- end mode shape, find a screen in each part of the rated load of stress and deformation distribution of the screen to improve the design and dynamic strength of the pilot study to provide the necessary basis.
