摘要
随着泵向高速小型化发展,空化问题越来越严重因而更受到重视。分析了离心泵的空化特征,指出了实验室条件下利用振动或声信号提取空化特征信号中的信号干扰问题,并研究了排除信号干扰的相应的对策。
With the high- speed and miniaturization development of pump, the research of cavitation becomes more and more recognition. The cavitation characteristic of centrifugal pump was analyzed, the signal interferences of picking up the cavitation characteristic were brought forward by using vibration and sound signal in the condition of laboratory, the countermeasures to eliminate the signal interferences were studied.
