摘要
针对国内生产18×64矿用高强度C级圆环链制造用钢的争议,浅析用25MnVK钢替代23MnCrNiMo钢生产C级圆环链的可行性,经过试验,找到了用25MnVK钢制造矿用C级链的工艺,结果表明只要采用适当的制造工艺,仍可达到矿用C级链的要求。
Contrapose the controversy about suing which steel manufacture the chain which level is Ф18× 64 C and which used in colliery in our country. Simply discuss the feasibility about using steel 25MnVK to manufacture the chain which level is C and which used in colliery replace 23MnCrNiMo, by the experiment, finded the technics about using 25MnVK to manufacture the chain which level is C and used in colliery, the result indicates that adopt appropriate manufacture technics, the demand about the chain is satisfaction.
