摘要
针对矿井提升机盘式制动闸空动时间偏长对矿井提升机事故的影响,依据《煤矿安全规程》对盘式闸空动时间测试方法进行了研究,采用了继电器的工作原理设计了测试盘式闸空动时间的测试装置,并使用虚拟仪器测试系统,通过LabVIEW编程语言程序对本测试装置进行了验证。
According to the influence of the longer idle motion time in disc brake pawl to the mine hoist accident, researches the testing method about the idle motion time of disc brake pawl based on "coal mine safety regulation, use the theory of relay to design the testing device to detect the idle motion time. Moreover, has designed the virtual instrument testing system, and has verified the testing device through the LabVIEW programming language.
