摘要
淮南矿业集团某煤矿压风机房布置6台L8/60-7压风机,用同步电机直联拖动,励磁柜供励磁电源。通过技改采用西门子PLC控制器,对6台压风机进行集中监测与控制,通过对现场出现的问题不断进行程序调整,达到了较完善的集中监测与控制功能。
A coal mine air compressor room of Huainan Mining Industry Group is arranged six L8/60 - 7 air compressors, with the synchronous motor driving directly, excitation counters for excitation power. Through technological improvement, Siemens PLC controllers for centralized monitoring and controlling on the six pressure fan are used. It achieves better focus on monitoring and controlling functions by continuous adjustment procedures of the problems on the spot.
