在对某大型振动筛试验过程中发现激振器出现振动异响,为找出故障产生的主要原因和消除振动异响提供理论依据,对振动筛激振器进行了振动测试和长数据FFT计算。通过频谱分析,找出了故障产生的主要原因,并通过振动筛拆机检查验证了诊断结论。
