摘要 本文在文献回顾和企业访谈的基础上,开发了适合中国企业填写的测量量表,利用探索性因子分析,深入挖掘企业进驻科技园的主要动机、科技园的创新环境要素以及园内企业绩效要素,利用典型相关分析,深入分析企业入驻科技园动机对园内企业绩效的影响是相对弱化的,并在此基础上利用调节变量回归分析的方法探讨了科技园区创新环境对园内企业绩效的调节作用,并提出了政策性建议。 This article in the literature review and in the enterprise interview' s foundation, developed has suited the scale which the Chinese Enterprise filled, the use exploring factorial analysis, unearthed the enterprise to enter and be stationed in the science park thoroughly the dominant motive, essential factor of the science park' s innovation environment as well as essential factor of the enterprise achievements, the use canonical correlation analysis, analyzed the enterprise to move into the science park motive to the garden in the enterprise achievements influence is thoroughly the relative attenuation, based on this and has discussed the science park innovation environment using the adjustment variable regression analysis' s method to the garden in the enterprise achievements control action, and put forward the policy - type proposal.
