The establishment of the optimal capital structure is very significant to the reclaimed water project financing and the industry development. According to the optimal capital structure research model based on the corporate stock maximization value, the paper samples the data of the listed companies involved and listed companies with an empirical analysis on the optimal capital structure in the reclaimed water industry in order to provide reference for project financing arrangement in the reclaimed water industry.
