CEO胜任力的营销学分析

摘要 从营销学中产品理论的产品层次理论、产品组合理论、品牌理论和新产品开发理论四个方面,结合Spencer and Spencer提出企业家的胜任力模型,对CEO的胜任力从营销学的角度进行了分析,从而为全面认识CEO的胜任力提供了一个独特的视角。
