摘要
对１００套华北地区出土自然干燥胸椎１１８７个的椎孔进行测量和观察。结果发现有发育性胸椎管矢径狭窄的１３个，占总数的１．１％；椎孔周边有骨质增生及椎板过厚可能造成胸椎管退行性狭窄的有６６个，占总数的５．５６％。胸椎管狭窄部位多发生于胸椎管的中、下段。
1187 thoracic vertebrae from 100 skeletons(naturally dried)unearthed in the area of North China were measured and observed.The findings showed that there are 13 cases of developmental stricture of thoracic vertebral canals in sagittal diameter (1.1% of 1187);66 cases of retrograde stricture may be caused by hyperosteogeny around the vertebral foramina as well as by the too thick laminae (5.56% of 1187).Most of the strictures occur at the middle and lower segments of thoracic vertebral canals.
