摘要 使用压电传感器原位研究己二硫醇在金表面上的吸附/解吸附液相动力学,从起始阶段到达到吸附平衡,通过线性拟合,表明吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附模型;确定己二硫醇在不同溶剂中,在Au表面吸附/解吸附的速率常数、表观平衡常数、自由能,以及通过在不同温度下的实验结果推导出反应的表观活化能,为压电传感器电极表面自组装提供基本的理论参数。 The adsorption/descorption solution phase kinetic of the hexanedithiol on the golden surface has been studied in-situ by using the piezoelectric sensor. The linear fitting showed that the adsorption process satisfied the Langmuir adsorption model from the starting adsorption to reaching the adsorption balance. The adsorption/descorption rate constant on Au surface, the equilibrium constant, the free energy of adsorption on golden surface of the hexanedithiol in various solutions have been determined. The basic theoretic parameters for the self-assembly of the electrode surface in the piezoelectric secsor have been provided.
