摘要
基于超声原理,采用实验方法探讨了超声波这一物理因子对血栓消溶的影响,观察研究了超声波的功率、血栓凝龄与血栓消溶效果之间的关系。研究结果表明,当频率一定时,血栓消溶效果随着超声功率的增加而愈加明显,同时发现,随着血栓凝龄的增加,血栓消溶效果与之相反。因此,当频率一定时,低频高能的超声波作用于凝龄越小的血栓时,血栓的消溶效果越明显。超声波的这种溶栓作用对治疗血栓类疾病提供了重要依据。
The research was based on the principle of ultrasonic. Experiment method was adopted to explore the influence of ultrasonic to thrombus thrombolysis and the relation of the defined frequency ultrasonic, power thrombus age and the effect of thrombus thrombolysis was observed. The result showed that the effect of thrombus thrombolysis had a correlation with the powers of ultrasound and thrombus age when the frequency was defined. The more powers of ultrasound and the smaller age thrombus, the more apparent of the thrombolytic effect. The function of ultrasound offered important foundation to treat the disease of thrombus.
