Innovation Is Inevitable for Expanding Development of Medium & Small-size Distilleries in Yun'nan

云南中小型白酒企业数量众多,厂房简陋,设备陈旧,技术能力低,创新能力弱,缺乏对资源的深度加工、缺乏共享行业发展的技术信息,资源严重浪费,产品质量没保证。中小酒企要在激烈的竞争中发展壮大、做强做大,唯有在经营理念、技术、人才、制度管理上创新,发展循环经济,企业才能长盛不衰,才能走出云南。

At present, there are lots of medium ＆ small-size distilleries in Yun＇nan. Those distilleries only have backward equipments, makeshift plant and weak innovative capability. Besides, there are other disadvantages for those distilleries including lack of deep processing of resources, lack of sharing technical information for industrial development, serious resources waste etc. In order to realize expanding development in market competition, the distilleries must make innovation in management, tecbniques, intellectual management, and institutions management. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
