摘要
沼气技术的应用是解决农村畜牧业污染的方法之一。本文以江苏省规模养猪户为例,采用问卷方式对规模养猪户是否采纳沼气技术处理生猪粪尿进行了调查,并用二元Logistic模型进行了计量分析。结果显示,规模养猪户对污染的认知程度、可控态度、政府补贴程度、饲养规模等,是影响其采纳沼气技术的重要影响因素。据此提出政府应加大对养殖户建造沼气池的补贴、提倡适度规模养殖、加强宣传引导、提高养殖户的认知程度等政策建议。
The application of biogas technology is a way to resolve the livestock pollution in rural areas. A survey was made to 121 swine farmers in Jiangsu Province by questionnaire on whether adopt the biogas technology as a disposal mode for livestock pollution and what are the influence factors. And the dual Logistic model was used for econometric analysis. The results showed that the cognition level of farmer on pollution, the attitude towards controllable pollution, the degree of government subsidies, and the farming scales, are important factor in determination of adopting biogas technology. Accordingly, it was suggested that the government should increase subsidies, promote the appropriate farming scale, strengthen propaganda and improve the pig farmers' cognition level on pollution problem.
