四氯化碳所致肝损伤自愈过程中颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞的组织学及组织化学变化

摘要 将大鼠随机分为CCl4损伤组(实验组)、实验对照组及正常对照组,在损伤后2、4、8、12d取颌下腺进行组织学及组织化学染色。结果表明:肝损伤后颌下腺颗粒曲管(GCT)第4~8d变化明显。HE、Malory染色及PAS反应4d时阳性反应颗粒增多,脱颗粒现象明显。第8d阳性反应颗粒略少,脱颗粒现象仍很明显,第12d趋于正常。提示颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞的变化与CCl4所致肝损伤的再生。 adult rats were divided into 3 groups,the CCl 4 affecting group,saline control and normal control groups.The submandibular glands (SMG) were removed on the 2nd,4th,8th and 12th days after liver injury and stained with histological and histochmical methods.on the 4th,8th days after liver injury,some remarkable changes occured in granular convoluted tubule (GCT) cells of SMG,on the 4th day,the numbers of the granule of GCT cells increased in reactions of H.E, Mallory and PAS.On the 8th day,the numbers didnt increase as much as that on the 4th day,but they were still higher than that of saline and normal control groups.The granules were obvious in the cavity of GCT cells .On the 12th day,the changes mentioned above tended to be normal.The results suggested that the changes of GCT cells of SMG are closely related with regeneration process of hepatic damage induced by CCl 4.
