Analysis on Benevolence's and Rite's Order Meaning

君主政治秩序是儒家政治设计的基本模式,这一样式为封建社会的政治和社会稳定提供了超稳的秩序模式,牢固固化和维系了封建君主专制制度。而这和秩序规范中仁、礼的秩序意义是分不开的,前者是价值理性,包含着人道原则和理性原则;后者是工具理性,具有制度性、道德性、政治性、法律性、仪礼性等特征;二者合在一起共同维系着政治秩序的有序运转。

Kingship political order is the basic model of Confucianists＇ political design, which provides a stable social order to sustain the absolute monarchy of Chinese feudalism. It is closely related to Benevolence＇s and Rite＇s Order meaning,the former is value-rationality which have the functions of humanity principle and rationality prineiple;the later is tool-rationality which have the functions of system, moral, political, law and rite. It＇s the tow norms co-supported Chinese feudalism political order＇s stable running.
