摘要
本文对MBA学生学习团队中团队冲突和团队信任对于团队心智模式形成影响进行实证研究。研究结果表明,团队成员间基于认知的冲突会对团队心智模式的形成产生积极的影响,而基于情感的冲突则会对团队心智模式的形成产生负面的影响;团队认知信任的存在会增加团队认知冲突对于团队心智模式形成的正向影响效果;团队情感信任的存在会防止团队认知冲突转化为消极的团队情感冲突。
This paper made an empirical research on the influence of team conflict and team trust upon the formation of team mental model in MBA student teams. The result is presented as follows. The cognition-based conflict has a positive effect on the formation of team mental model, and the affective conflict is a negative one. Cognitive trust partially mediates the relationship between cognitive conflict and team mental model, and the affective trust is the relationship between cognitive conflict and affective conflict.
