Design and Implementation of Supervising and Estimating Projec of Whole Training Process

在培训实施和管理实践的基础上,较为系统地研究培训全过程监控评估的理论和方法,设计出科学系统的监控评估方案和矩阵式监控评估流程,并对培训后评估方案的设计与实施进行探索。方案的设计对规范培训评估流程,客观真实地评价培训活动的效果和效益,保障和促进培训质量的提高起到了重要作用。

Based on practice of implementation and management of training for enterprise, we systematically studied theory and methods of supervising and designing whole training process, have worked out supervising and estimating matrix procedure of whole training process, developed estimation project of senior managements after trained, established scientific and systematic system of supervising training estimation procedure, objectively and and estimating system. The design played important role in standardizing really estimating effect and profit of training and improving training quality.
