摘要
一些企业在贯彻《劳动合同法》、规范用工管理的实践中,表现出企业规章制度建设的滞后性,并存在劳动合同选择错乱、劳务派遣岗位管理不规范和同工不同酬等问题。依法办企业,要求各企业的人力资源管理部门从提高政策水平、转变用工观念开始,建立健全企业劳动规章制度,并在实践中加强风险防范意识和依法规范用工管理的应对策略研究。
When enterprises carry out ((Labor Contract Act))and practice in standardized employment management, such problems occurred as lagging in construction of rules and regulations, selection distraction of labor contracts, not standardized in labor position assignment management and non - equal pay for the equal work. To operate enterprise according to the regulations, human resources departments of enterprise need to raise policy level, change concept of employment, establish and perfect labor rules and regulations, strengthen ideology of risk precaution and study policy of management of standardized labor employment according to rules and regulations in practice .
