中国石油化工集团公司是我国最大的国际原油进口商。面对世界资源竞争日益激烈的形势,必须树立国际石油贸易安全管理的理念,在宏观、中观、微观各层面采取相应的策略和措施,加强对国际石油贸易安全管理的筹划,将国际石油贸易中的风险控制在最低程度,保障中国石化的稳定、健康发展和股东的根本利益,同时为我国经济的稳步发展提供保障作用。

SINOPEC Group is the greatest international oil import company, facing with increasingly ferocious competition of resources in the world, we have to set up an idea of international oil trade safety, take relative policy and measures of macro, middle and micro levels, strengthen plan of international oil trade safety management and control the risk in international oil trade within the lowest, to ensure the stable and healthy development of SINOPEC and the basic interests of the stockholders, and at the same time, ensure the stable development of our national economy.
