摘要 介绍了750 kV变电站钢构架现状及温度缝设置情况,以工程实例说明超长钢结构的应用情况,并对相关规程、规范中关于温度缝设置的要求及原则进行分析。探讨了750 kV变电站钢构架温度缝区段长度设计优化的可行性,拟在实际工程中采用六跨连续构架(252 m)不设置温度缝以减少占地面积(约0.247 hm^2),并降低工程造价(约100万元)。考虑温度应力作用后的理论计算结果表明上述结构形式安全可靠、经济合理。 The present situation of 750 kV substation steel lattice frames and temperature joint setting are introduced in this paper. The application of super-long steel structure is explained by projects, the requirements and principles of relevant codes and regulations about the temperature joint setting are analyzed as well. The feasibility of length design optimization for the 750 kV substation steel lattice frames temperature joint is discussed. The actual project which uses 6-span continuous steel lattice frames without temperature joint can save the land (approximately 0.247 hm^2) and reduce the construction cost (about RMB 1 million). The theoretical calculation which considered temperature function indicates that the structural is safe, reliable, economical and reasonable.
